How to Measure for the Perfect Fit
Getting the right size is important for comfort and performance. Follow these simple steps to measure accurately:
FOR JERSEYS & SHORTS:
1. HEIGHT Stand straight against a wall without shoes. Measure from the top of your head to the floor.
2. CHEST (for jerseys) Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal under the arms.
3. WAIST (for shorts) Measure around the natural waistline (above the hips, below the ribs).
FOR SOCKS:
Measure your UK shoe size. Our socks come in size ranges:
• Junior: 12-2 and 3-6
• Senior: 7-9 and 10-12
MEASURING TIPS:
✅ Use a soft measuring tape (not a metal one)
✅ Don't pull the tape too tight - keep it comfortably snug
✅ Measure over light clothing for accuracy
✅ For children, measure in the morning (they're slightly taller!)
✅ If between sizes, we recommend sizing UP for comfort and growth

Care Instructions to Maintain Fit
Keep your kit fitting perfectly with proper care:
WASHING:
✅ Machine wash cold (30°C maximum)
✅ Wash inside out to protect prints and badges
✅ Use mild detergent
✅ Separate colors (wash with similar colors)
❌ Do not bleach
❌ Do not use fabric softener (reduces moisture-wicking)
DRYING:
✅ Tumble dry low or hang dry
✅ Air drying is best for maintaining shape and size
❌ Do not iron directly on printed areas (badge, name, number)
❌ Avoid high heat (can cause shrinkage)
STORAGE:
✅ Fold neatly or hang to prevent wrinkles
✅ Store in a cool, dry place
✅ Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods
