All Tring Futsal Club kits are made-to-order with custom club branding and personalisation.
STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME:
• Complete Kit Bundles: 4-6 weeks
• Individual Items: 4-6 weeks
• Items with Personalisation: 4-6 weeks
WHY MADE-TO-ORDER?

✅ Guarantees you get exactly what you ordered
PEAK PERIODS:
During busy times, production may take up to 8 weeks:
• August-September (new season)
• December-January (holiday period)
We'll notify you immediately if there are any delays.
PRODUCTION STAGES:
You'll receive email updates at each stage:
1. ✅ Order Confirmed - Payment received, order processing
2. 🔧 In Production - Order sent to Macron supplier
3. ✅ Quality Check - Order received by club, inspecting quality
4. 📦 Ready for Collection/Dispatch - Your kit is ready!
🚚 Delivery Options
Option 1: Collection at Training (FREE) ⭐ RECOMMENDED

The easiest and most convenient option!
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Place your order online
2. We'll notify you via email or WhatsApp when your kit is ready
3. Collect at any regular training session at Tring Sports Centre
4. We'll have your order packaged and labeled with your name

Option 2: Home Delivery (£7.00)
🚚 UK HOME DELIVERY
Can't make it to training? We'll deliver to your door!
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Select "Home Delivery" at checkout
2. We'll notify you when your order is ready to dispatch
3. Tracking information provided via email
DELIVERY COST:
£7.00 per order (not per item)
• Order multiple items? Still just £7 delivery
• Flat rate for all UK addresses

🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Tring Futsal Club kit!
EXCHANGES (WRONG SIZE):
ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE:
• Unopened items in original packaging
• Unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
• Within 14 days of collection/delivery
• Items without custom personalisation (or faulty personalized items)
HOW TO EXCHANGE:
1. Email us: lgreen@tringfutsalclub.com
Include:
• Your order number
• Item(s) you want to exchange
• New size required
• Reason for exchange (helps us improve!)
2. Return the item:
• At next training session (free, easiest option)
• Via post to: Tring Sports Centre, Mortimer Hill, Tring, HP23 5JU
• Keep proof of postage
3. We'll order your replacement:
• New item ordered in correct size
• Standard production time applies (4-6 weeks)
• You'll receive the same email updates
• No additional charge for exchange
EXCHANGE COST:
• FREE if returned at training
• You pay return postage if sending by post (we recommend tracked delivery)
• No restocking fee
• No charge for the replacement order
CUSTOM PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
Items with custom names and/or numbers CANNOT be exchanged unless faulty.
Why?
• Personalized items are custom-made for you
• Cannot be resold to another customer
• We print exactly as you enter at checkout
This is why we strongly recommend:
Check sizing guide carefully before ordering
Contact us if unsure about size
Double-check name and number spelling
Measure your child/yourself accurately
FAULTY ITEMS:
✅ WHAT COUNTS AS FAULTY:
• Manufacturing defects (stitching, fabric flaws)
• Incorrect badge or personalization (our error)
• Damaged items (holes, tears, stains)
• Wrong item sent
• Wrong size sent (our error)
✅ FAULTY ITEM PROCESS:
1. Report within 7 days of receipt
2. Email: lgreen@tringfutsalclub.com
Include:
• Order number
• Photos of the fault
• Description of the issue
3. We'll assess and respond within 24 hours
4. Replacement or refund:
• Full replacement (free, priority production)
• Or full refund if preferred
• We'll arrange collection/return at no cost to you
✅ FAULTY PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
Even personalised items are covered if faulty or if we made an error!
WORN/WASHED ITEMS:
❌ We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Items that have been worn
• Items that have been washed
• Items with tags removed
• Items damaged by customer
• Items outside 14-day window (unless faulty)
CHANGE OF MIND:
⚠️ Made-to-order items cannot be returned for refund due to change of mind.
However:
• Unopened items can be exchanged for different size (see above)
• We're happy to help you find the right size before ordering
• Contact us before ordering if you're unsure!
WRONG ITEM ORDERED (YOUR ERROR):
If you ordered the wrong size/item by mistake:
• Contact us within 24 hours of ordering
• We may be able to change your order before production starts
• After 24 hours, standard exchange policy applies (unopened items only)
💰 Refund Policy
WHEN REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE: ✅ Order cancelled within 24 hours of purchase ✅ Faulty items (if replacement not wanted) ✅ Wrong item sent by us ✅ Significant production delays (beyond 8 weeks without communication) ✅ Item not as described ❌ Refunds NOT available for: • Change of mind after 24 hours • Wrong size ordered (exchange available instead) • Custom personalized items (unless faulty) • Items that have been worn or washed
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND: 1. Email: lgreen@tringfutsalclub.com Include: • Order number • Reason for refund request • Photos (if faulty item) 2. We'll review within 24-48 hours 3. If approved: • Return item (if applicable) • Refund processed within 5-7 working days • Refunded to original payment method
REFUND AMOUNTS: Full Refund: • Order cancelled within 24 hours • Faulty items • Our error (wrong item sent, etc.) Partial Refund: • If only part of order is faulty/wrong • Delivery charge not refunded if order was delivered
REFUND TIMEFRAMES: • Approval: 24-48 hours • Processing: 5-7 working days • Bank processing: 3-5 working days (depends on your bank) • Total: Usually 10-14 days from approval
REFUND METHOD: • Always refunded to original payment method • Card payments: Refunded to same card • PayPal: Refunded to PayPal account • Cannot refund to different card/account
DELIVERY CHARGES: • Collection orders: No delivery charge to refund • Home delivery (£5): Refunded if order not dispatched • Not refunded if order was successfully delivered (unless faulty)

• Orders can be cancelled for a full refund

• We'll cancel before sending to production
• Full refund processed within 5-7 working days

4. Refund processed automatically
AFTER 24 HOURS: ⚠️ CANCELLATION NOT AVAILABLE
• Orders are sent to production within 24 hours
• Once in production, we cannot cancel
• Made-to-order items with your custom badges/personalisation
• Supplier begins work immediately
