Absolutely! Our shop is open to everyone. NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED - you don't need to be a registered member to order.

How long does delivery take?
All Tring Futsal Club kits are made-to-order, so delivery takes 4-6 weeks from the date of your order. JUNIOR SIZES (Ages 3-13): • YXS (3-4 years) • YS (5-6 years) • YM (7-8 years) • YL (9-11 years) • YXL (12-13 years) SENIOR SIZES (Ages 14+): • XS • S • M • L • XL • XXL • 3XL SOCK SIZES: Junior: 12-2, 3-6 Senior: 7-9, 10-12 All sizes feature athletic fit designed for performance and comfort. How do I know what size to order?

Can I exchange if it doesn't fit?
Yes! We offer free exchanges for sizing issues. EXCHANGE POLICY: ✅ ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE: • Unopened items in original packaging • Unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached • Within 14 days of collection/delivery ✅ HOW TO EXCHANGE: 1. Email: lgreen@tringfutsalclub.com (include order number) 2. Return at training (free) or via post 3. We'll order your replacement (4-6 week production) ✅ EXCHANGE COST: • FREE if returned at training • You pay return postage if sending by post • No restocking fee ⚠️ PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Items with custom names/numbers CANNOT be exchanged unless faulty. Yes! All our Complete Kit Bundles include personalization. Can I change the name/number after ordering?
Unfortunately, no. Orders are sent to production within 24 hours. WHY CHANGES AREN'T POSSIBLE: • Orders processed within 24 hours • Sent to supplier immediately • Custom personalization applied right away • Made-to-order specifically for you WITHIN 24 HOURS: If you realize there's an error immediately: • Email us ASAP: lgreen@tringfutsalclub.com • Include your order number • We may be able to catch it (not guaranteed) AFTER 24 HOURS: • Changes cannot be made • Order is already in production IMPORTANT - WE PRINT EXACTLY AS ENTERED: ⚠️ Double-check before ordering: • Spelling (SMITH, not SMYTH) • Number (10, not 01) • Capitalization (usually all caps) TIPS: ✅ Review your cart carefully ✅ Ask someone to check spelling ✅ Confirm number is correct ✅ Contact us if unsure

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. What if my kit arrives damaged or faulty?
We'll replace it free of charge! Your satisfaction is our priority. FAULTY ITEM POLICY: ✅ WHAT COUNTS AS FAULTY: • Manufacturing defects • Incorrect badge or personalization (our error) • Damaged items (holes, tears, stains) • Wrong item/size sent ✅ HOW TO REPORT: 1. Contact within 7 days of receipt 2. Email: lgreen@tringfutsalclub.com Include: • Order number • Photos of fault/damage • Description 3. We'll respond within 24 hours 4. Resolution: • Full replacement (free, priority) • OR full refund • We arrange collection at no cost FAULTY PERSONALIZED ITEMS: ✅ Even personalized items are covered if faulty or if we made an error! DAMAGED IN DELIVERY: • Inspect before signing • Take photos of packaging and item • Report within 48 hours • Immediate replacement arranged QUALITY GUARANTEE: We inspect every item before dispatch, but if anything slips through, we'll make it right immediately - no questions asked.
